2024 AFMC North American Annual Medical Conference and Retreat
This year’s AFMC’s Annual Medical Conference and Retreat (Houston Hungama) will convene at the Omni Hotel in the heart of Houston, Texas!
The Hotel has offered a versatile meeting space with state-of-the-art technology for our medical conference and breakfast services in the lobby. Plan on enjoying the best food Houston has to offer during the gala dinner on Saturday night at the Omni Hotel in Houston!
This 4-day and 3-night event will include morning medical conferences and many other exciting activities, all in the heart of Houston, TX.

10 AM - 5 PM - Tour of NASA (For those not attending the Medical Conference)
11 AM - 5 PM - Tour of NASA (For those attending the Medical Conference)
6 PM - Back to the hotel
6:30 PM - 1 AM - Live Music Show followed by dinner, drinks, and dance at Black Swan Night Club at the OMNI Hotel

Airfare to Houston from most cities is very good at his time.
George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) are about 30 mins away from the hotel.
Uber or cab is the most convenient method of transport from the airport to the hotel.
STEP - 5 - Pack your bags and prepare to have fun in Houston!
This year we hope to have one of the largest AFMC reunions we have ever had and break the 260 attendees record in Washington DC in 2023. Be prepared to hang out with old friends, attend excellent medical talks, participate in research-related networking, meet new friends, rejuvenate old bonds, explore HOUSTON, and get ready for some serious fun!
